UNIVERSITY OF UTAH MIDDLE-DISTANCE RUNNER
Whitney Hessler
Whitney Hessler has consistently been at the top of her field while running 400m-1500m at the University of Utah. Soon to complete an MBA and run track at the University of San Francisco, Whitney is a 2x MPSF All-Academic and Pac-12 Track All-Academic.

Originally from Mission Viejo, California, and formerly of Mission Viejo High School (California), she broke numerous school records. Whitney is intent on helping others achieve similar goals and develop a passion for running as an outlet for healthy, positive living.

Whitney loves food and lists seafood as her favorite. Whitney is an avid podcast fan. "Armchair Expert", "We Can Do Hard Things", and "How I Built This" are her favorite podcast shows. She considers Allyson Felix and Emma Coburn her track and field role models. Outside of running, she enjoys playing pickleball, painting, and biking.

I work full-time and have a busy lifestyle. Do I have time to do this program?

Yes! We've designed our programs specifically for busy people like you. Everything can be done in your own time, and our coaches create your plan completely around your schedule. All of our live information sessions will be recorded and shared in the group channels.

How am I expected to interact with other members in the group?

We believe that working towards shared goals with others helps achieve the best results, while being incredibly fun. Through our group chat, we will post updates on the group's activities, answer questions, and celebrate milestones. Your involvement in the group is completely up to you - you can choose to engage in conversation or not.

I've next to no running experience. Is this right for me?

If you are interesting in maintaining healthy habits - then yes! While you are part of a wider group, each plan is tailored specifically to you. Your coach will account for what you want to achieve, what you like doing (and more importantly what you don't like doing!), and what keeps you motivated. This can include different types of runs, as well as other cardio and fitness activities. We celebrate the efforts each person makes towards their goals, rather than comparing specific results across different people.
