Katie Snowden
Katie has been an international middle-distance athlete for over 10 years. She has competed for Great Britain from junior to senior level and recently became an Olympian. She competed in the 1500m in Tokyo reaching the semi-finals. She has also previously run at the Commonwealth Games and European Championships.

Having been a member of British Athletics World Class Programme and qualified personal trainer, she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of running and general well-being. She has helped others to achieve their goals alongside her own training and wants to use her expertise to continue to do this. What do I get as part of the program?

This program will help you achieve whatever running goals you set out at the beginning.

To help you achieve your goal, you receive three main benefits:

How many people will be in the program?

Our program sizes vary in size. But they usually range from 20-50 people. We want to keep things as intimate as possible, while also having lots of engagement.

I work full-time and have a busy lifestyle. Do I have time to do this program?

Yes! We've designed our programs specifically for busy people like you. Everything can be done in your own time, and our coaches create your plan completely around your schedule. All of our live information sessions will be recorded and shared in the group channels.

How am I expected to interact with other members in the group?

We believe that working towards shared goals with others helps achieve the best results, while being incredibly fun. Through our group chat, we will post updates on the group's activities, answer questions, and celebrate milestones. Your involvement in the group is completely up to you - you can choose to engage in conversation or not.

I've next to no running experience. Is this right for me?

If you are interested in becoming a better runner - then yes! While you are part of a wider group, each plan is tailored specifically to you. Your coach will account for what you want to achieve, what you like doing (and more importantly what you don't like doing!), and what keeps you motivated. This can include different types of runs, as well as other cardio and fitness activities. We celebrate the efforts each person makes towards their goals, rather than comparing specific results across different people.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with the program anymore, get 100% of your money back if you request it within the first 14 days of the program.

Does it matter which timezone I’m in?

No, it doesn’t matter which timezone you are in. You can do your runs and engage in the community anytime, anywhere in the world.

All of the live Q&A sessions are recorded, so you can watch them around your own schedule. We recommend the try your best to complete your scheduled runs, but our coaches are on hand to adjust your plan if that works better for you.

Despite your timezone, you will start the program on the same day as all the other participants, and will be working towards completing similar running goals at the end of the program. We’ve designed the program in a way that will help you stay committed and feel immersed in the process, but also flexible enough that you can fit it into your personal schedule.

What if I'm too busy right now? Can I enroll later?

We know that life is busy. There’s probably never going to be a perfect time. We also know that we all want to be more active and to stay fit and healthy around our normal day-to-day routines.

We’ve designed this program to fit into almost anyone’s busy schedule, so you can follow along to a highly personalized and effective running plan.

Yes, even if you have a full-time job, or are a full-time student, or have family obligations. If you commit to yourself and to your chosen goal, we think you’ll be surprised by just how much you can achieve in such a short period of time.

Otherwise, the program runs a few times per year, so there will be future opportunities.

How much does the program cost?

This 6-week program is a highly personalized, supportive, and adaptive fitness program delivered by experts in their field. To make this experience as accessible as possible, this 6-week program is priced at £75.

How does the community group work?

Once the program kicks off, you’ll be placed in a group chat of 20-50 other runners from around the world, who will take the challenge with you. You all will start the program on the same day. Throughout the program, we'll share leaderboards, give and receive feedback, and ask and answer questions.

Your community group will help you stay accountable, learn from others, and make new friends around the world.

Will I get direct feedback from Katie?

Absolutely! Katie will be in the community group with you. We’ve designed the program so that you’ll get a direct line to Katie and the wider coaching team, as well as get feedback and shared learnings from your peers. We're all in it together to support and encourage one another.
